Miguel Guhlin at TCEA has a blog entry this week about using students as Google tech support at schools.
When Burlington Public Schools implemented 1-to-1 devices at their campuses, they started a Student Help Desk for students and teachers. The students blog about their experiences helping people. The program, which has moved down to sixth grade, involves getting a certification in G Suite.
