Dr. Bruce Ellis at TCEA has come up with an application for vocabulary work - combining Google Sheets and Google Translate.
The teacher only has to put in English words into a column, and then format the other columns appropriately, and Google will fill them in with Italian, Chinese, French, or any of a number of different languages.
From there the article quickly gets detailed- Dr. Ellis mentions how to create your own language spreadsheet, validate your data, how to find already-created data lists, and how to insert your list into Google Sites.
